Forgot about this guy. January @ the Lakehouse. ~20 oz. steak w/ the usual sides. Overload.

Been slacking off but Feast Mode will try & keep up in the future. This was dinner w/ @RasheMonique last week before Thailand. Injected pork loin is in fact the most underrated meat on the market.

Note to Chinese restaurants (Peking): stick w/ a delicious fortune cookie. Please refrain from ‘rice crispy treats’. & no, I didn’t even attempt to bite this, it broke in half upon bag extraction.

Thanks to @JohnCordia I fried these up for dinner. “My heart is tellin’ me noo…but my body, my body’s tellin’ me yaaa.” Seriously though home-smoked cracklin’s/belly chunks smell like Christmas morning.

Welp, feast turned in to this & chicken nuggets from my grade school. I’m ok w/ that.

Just put this guy in the oven, Creole Garlic injected pork shoulder, added homemade turkey broth for it to cook in. Full meal pics to follow.

‘Garden Burrito’ from Main Squeeze, real good. Beans, cheese, pickled beets, sprouts, carrots, maybe something else, not sure. Healthy? Yup.
